Fine print: Don't Open Me is a consumer website, not a vault, bank, will, trust, or archive of record. We do not promise your capsule will exist, open, or be readable in any future year. Encryption is server-side, not end-to-end — the operator and vendors can decrypt. Unpaid capsules are deleted after 5 days. Public capsules become public and searchable on the opening date; copies cannot be recalled. Recipient email may fail. Payments are one-time and generally non-refundable. Total liability is capped at the greater of amounts you paid for the relevant capsule/add-on in the prior twelve months or $25. Disputes: individual arbitration in Pennsylvania; class actions and jury trials waived to the extent the law allows.
